and distance” algorithm is used instead. Short distance or deliveries in
Greater London or other heavy congested areas will be calculated using the “time
and distance” algorithm.
It is
essential to know the weight of freight for any logistical service. Depending
on the size of the freight, commercial vans normally have a maximum weight
capacity of between 750kg and 1200kg.
Where
required, items for transport can also be palletised (and strapped). On
occasion articulated vehicles cannot reach suburban or even commercial properties.
